Possibly a Christmas Elf Kewpie Boy as he is dressed in a cream satin shirt with red bear appliqué and green velvet pants with red, green and gold ribbon suspenders.
In displayed or gently played with condition.

All Vinyl Kewpie jointed at neck shoulders and hips.
Approximately 11 1/2” tall
Marked Cameo and Jesco on back and neck.
No hang tag.
