It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the Confirmed Shipping Address on file with Paypal / Ebay is correct.  I will not ship items to alternate addresses.  If you give me an alternate address, i will refund you and will contact you so you know to update your address with paypal and then you can repay the invoice.  That is the only way i am protected from people saying that they didn't receive their item.
If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect address, failure on your part to pick up your item from your post office or mailbox, or other reason caused by the buyer, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, or receive a refund less the original shipping costs.
