NEW! Amazing, George Design 8 Nozzle Coolant Ring fits HAAS.
With 8 nozzles arranged in a circular pattern and providing 360 degrees of coverage you can selectively adjust one or more nozzles for various tool lengths and easily outperform factory coolant solutions.
The George Design Coolant ring installs quickly and is virtually maintenance free. I
t connects with and is controlled by your existing coolant supply.
Proper coolant maintenance and filtration will prevent clogged nozzles. In the rare event of a clogged nozzle you can simply back flush with air or remove the nozzle by hand and blow out with air.
The George Design Coolant Ring fits all HAAS 40 taper spindles, including:
VF2 through VF10,
EC400 & EC500,
UMC500 through UMC1000
