Any residual smells will be listed in description along with any other condition concerns that might be present.
The shipping fees are for both the actual shipping cost of the product when we drop it off at Canada Post, and the handling (ie: Packing material, box, time paid out to employees to pack order, stamps, paid shipping stickers if needed, tape Etc.
If a customer supplies the wrong address, the customer is responsible for any return fees that we incur.
To re ship the item, we will need to charge a second shipping fee as well. Or the order can be cancelled and refunded, minus the fees we have already incurred from the incorrect
address.
We do our very best to keep the Shipping fees down to a minimum and it is never our intention to make profit on it. Our profits come from the sale of the actual item(s).
