Mattel Disney Beauty And The Beast Signature Collection (1997) (Beast w/ Purple Coat)
.  Approximate dimensions: 14 inches tall.
Most of this edition's dolls have a dark blue waist coat with tails (tailcoat) but this coat is a light purple color.  Everything else about the doll appears to be the same as the blue coat version.  The plastic gem in this one's cravat is still blue, for instance, not purple to match the coat.
