Is your work van or trailer disorganized? Do you have tool organizers piled on the floor? It is time to organize your life with the van/trailer racking system. Utilizing 5mm system holes spaced precisely to maximize the ability for you to store your tool organizers efficiently.
Each system is shipped flat packed and assembled by the customer. The UV prefinished plywood can quickly be assembled in under an hour with a little wood glue and your choice of mechanical fastener. If you want to keep it looking clean, use some clamps and allow the joint to dry. Our preference is 18 gauge brad nails to connect the parts.
The standard unit dimensions are 71" high x 18" wide x 17" deep, if you would like something different, please let us know prior to ordering. There are 8 plates (trays) included with this item. If you would like something different, please message us through EBAY.
Once assembled, follow the guide sheet to install the STAY-CLOSED drawer slides. The drawer plates are designed and manufactured with pockets to securely hold your tool organizers in place. The stay-closed drawer slides allow quick access to the organizers by pulling them out and opening the organizer or take it with you into the job site.
The main unit is the starting price. You will need to specify how many shelves/plates you would like. They come with the plate and the drawer slides. Drawer slides are expensive but certainly the Cadillac of flexibility and functionality. We will soon be offering units with adjustable shelf options. This would be an economical choice that would sacrifice a little functionality but save some money.
