This is NOT a HOTSPOT plan but a Tablet Plan that can be used for unlimited data, at the current time Hotspots are working without any Caps, Throttled, Limits, however If abused AT&T can suspend the account.
If you are a heavy gamer or use more then 300 - 400GB monthly this plan is not for you, I recommend you have 2 accounts to split the data usage.
I can not guarantee how long this will work.
